5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be randomly selected on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw. The winner's name may also be announced on Crazy Golf Deals' social media channels.

6. Prize Claim

The winner will be required to claim their prize within 7 days of notification by responding to the email with their full name and contact details.

This Agreement outlines the terms between Australian Golfer Pty. Ltd. (ABN: 57 147 594 625) (Golf Network) and the Partner for use of Golf Network’s software, services, and tee time distribution platform. Where there is a conflict between any provisions, the Golfer Tee Times Partner Order Form shall take precedence unless stated otherwise.

1. Definitions

1. Partner: The golf course operator entering into this Agreement.
2. Trade Times: Defined as four (4) individual 18-hole rounds per Golf Course per day used as compensation for Services.
3. Commission Fees: Fees charged by Golf Network for bookings made via the Platform.
4. Fixed Wholesale Rates: Set costs on a predefined per round basis paid by Golf Network to Partner for bookings made via the Platform.
5. Platform(s): Golf Network’s websites, mobile applications, channels and digital tools for tee time distribution.
6. Services: Includes access to Golf Network’s software, customer support, training, marketing, and integration capabilities.
7. Software: The Golf Network booking software, integrations, and related digital tools provided under this Agreement.
8. Effective Date: The date on which the Order Form is accepted by Golf Network or upon commencement of services.
9. Golfer(s): A visitor of the Platforms or a customer (visitor or member) who reserves a tee time and as a result also becomes a customer of the Partner.

2. Application and Term

1. These Terms apply to all Services and Software provided under an Order Form.
2. The Agreement becomes effective on the Effective Date and continues for one (1) year (Initial Term).
3. The Agreement automatically renews annually unless terminated by either party with at least thirty (30) days’ written notice prior to renewal.

3. Services and Technology

1. Golf Network shall supply the Services, including where applicable Hardware, as described in the Order Form and shall use reasonable care and skill in performance.
2. Golf Network grants the Partner a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Software during the term of this Agreement. The Partner shall not sublicense, assign, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software.
3. Golf Network Obligations:
   1. Deliver access to Software as detailed in the Order Form.
   2. Ensure the Partner receives appropriate training and customer support.
   3. Facilitate integration with third-party tee sheet systems.
   4. Provide the Partner with accurate and transparent reporting.
4. Partner Obligations:
   1. Keep Partner information (course details, rates, terms) on the Platform accurate and updated.
   2. Provide timely access to systems as needed.
   3. Honour all booked tee times and Trade Times.

4. Tee Time Distribution and Trade Times (if applicable)

1. Partner provides daily Trade Times, which act as payment for Services (unless otherwise agreed).
2. Golf Network retains all revenue from Trade Time bookings, including applicable taxes.
3. Trade Times are sold within a defined Time Period as detailed in the Order Form, and are managed at Golf Network’s discretion.
4. Unused or diverted Trade Times may incur fees or replacement obligations.
5. If Trade Times are sold outside the Platform, they may be reallocated at Golf Network’s discretion.

5. Tee Time Distribution and Commission Fees (if applicable)

1. Golf Network collects gross revenue from bookings and deducts a predefined percentage (Commission) as detailed in the Order Form.
2. Booking fees paid by Golfers are retained by Golf Network.
3. Payments due to Partner are remitted monthly.
4. Partner is responsible for applying appropriate tax treatment to revenue received.

6. Tee Time Distribution and Fixed Wholesale Rates (if applicable)

1. Golf Network collects gross revenue from bookings and pays to Partner a fixed cost per round (Fixed Wholesale Rate) as detailed in the Order Form.
2. Booking fees paid by Golfers are retained by Golf Network.
3. Payments due to Partner are remitted monthly.
4. Partner is responsible for applying appropriate tax treatment to revenue received.

7. Parity Obligations

1. Partner agrees to maintain Parity, defined as:
   1. Offering the same or better prices on Golf Network compared to direct bookings.
   2. Ensuring the same booking terms including for Trade Times (if applicable).
   3. Providing the same or better availability (lead time) on the Platform.
2. Exceptions apply to custom packages, third-party exclusives, and certain promotional rates with justification.

8. Data Processing and Privacy

1. Golf Network is a data controller for Golf Network Data collected directly from Golfers.
2. Partner is a data controller for any personal data received from Golf Network regarding bookings.
3. Both parties must comply with Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
4. Partner must obtain consent before sending marketing messages to Golfers using such data.

9. Advertising and Marketing

1. Golf Network may display advertising within its Platform and Services.
2. Golf Network may use Partner’s name, logos, and trademarks for marketing and online search ads.
3. All ad revenue remains the exclusive property of Golf Network.
4. Golf Network may include Partner in promotional programs and campaigns at its discretion.

10. Support and Training

1. Golf Network provides phone and email support from 9 am to 5 pm (Mon–Fri, excluding major holidays).
2. Partners receive access to training materials and resources.

11. Termination

1. By either party, with thirty (30) days’ written notice after the Initial or Renewal Term.
2. Immediately for material breach, repeated breaches, bankruptcy, or insolvency.
3. If the Partner fails to provide Trade Times (if applicable), Golf Network may:
   1. Charge Partner $70 per month for each remaining month of the Term; or
   2. Terminate this Agreement.
4. Golf Network may terminate with thirty (30) days’ notice if it cannot cover the cost of services through Trade Times or Commission Fees.

12. Liability

1. Golf Network’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by Partner in the prior twelve (12) months.
2. Neither party is liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
3. Liability for death, personal injury, or fraud is not excluded.

13. General Provisions

1. Neither party may assign this Agreement without written consent, except Golf Network may assign to its Affiliates.
2. Force majeure events excuse delay or failure to perform.
3. If any clause is held invalid, the remainder continues in effect.
4. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia.

1) Overview
Betfocus is sponsoring select events leading up to the 2024/2025 Golfer Tour Finale. A specific hole will be designated as the "Par 3 Challenge" at selected events, where participants have the opportunity to win a cash prize by successfully making a hole-in-one.

2) Eligibility
All participants must be of legal age to participate in the tournament as per the governing rules of the hosting golf course and event.

3) Contest Details
The contest will take place during one designated par 3 hole at selected events.

Participants are only allowed one attempt to make a hole-in-one during the contest.
Only shots monitored by a Betfocus staff member are eligble to win a prize.The decision of Betfocus as to the validity or eligibility of an entrant and a shot is final.

4) Prize Pool
A total prize pool of $30,000 will be available to share among participants who successfully make a hole-in-one during the contest.
The distribution of the prize money will be determined based on the number of participants who achieve a hole-in-one. If only one participant makes a hole-in-one, they will receive the entire the $30,000.
If multiple participants ( eg 3 participants) all  make a hole-in-one the prize will be split equally ( eg $10,000 each if 3 participants achieve this).
The prize will be divided among all eligible participants who achieve a hole-in-one in accordance with the number of successful attempts.
Prizes will be paid after the completion of all events in the series.

5) Verification

A Betfocus staff member will be responsible for verifying each hole-in-one attempt. Failure to have the attempt verified may result in disqualification.

6) General Conditions

Betfocus reserves the right to  modify or cancel the contest for any reason including, but not limited to, events beyond its control. By participating in this contest, participates agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Betfocus may require winners to provide identification and may use their name and image for promotional purposes without further compensation.

7) Limitation of Liability

Betfocus shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the contest or acceptance of any prize.

8) Governing Law

This contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of in the jurisdiction of NSW.

Wannasaen arrived at Portland ranked 367th and having missed nine straight cuts in her rookie season.
